Custom Auto Body Repair & Refinishing

I am so happy with Custom Auto. They treated me like family from the get go. The after math of a car accident is so stressful and this was my first accident and i had no clue what to do. Thank God for Tony, he gave me great advice and direction when dealing with Insurance, my car etc. He was so patient and really took the time for me. The customer service is impeccable. I'm not one to write reviews, but Custom Auto Collision really deserves it. The did an amazing job on my car....top notch!! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently had a hit and run on my new 6 month Ford Escape, my tow truck driver recommended me to custom auto collision and I am so glad he did. I dealt with Durante and since the first time I stepped inside his shop he treated me like family assuring me that all will be ok. I just picked up the car and it was fixed properly with all the paper work to confirm. I am very happy with the results, Durante was amazing to work with through this difficult time, and always picked up my calls with any concerns I had. Custom Auto collision now has a new customer, and I will not hesitate to recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks very much guys.

Durante and the gang understand customer service. They go above and beyond to assist in any way they can . Durante even came to the scene himself to get my vehicle and see that I was taken care of. He even arranged for the rental to be delivered to the scene...no charge! I have been dealing with them for over 20 years and they are top notch! Their repairs are excellent because they take pride in their work. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

Very helpful. Was recommended by my appraiser after another body shop I went to moved my car and didn't tell me where it went and jerked me around. My appraiser swore by Custom so i gave them a try. Custom went and picked up my car and it looked better than it did before. They kept me up to date with everything that went on and were more than fair, even though it was an insurance claim. They worked with my insurance company so I didn't need to worry about paying anything upfront or submitting reciepts. They really went above and beyond and did more work than they needed to at no cost, including detailing my car. They do not take debit or credit, which I have seen complained about in other reviews, however, for the large price tags body work often comes with, they would be paying a percentage of that to banks to use credit or debit machines, so it's completely understandable that they dont, and allows them to keep their prices lower for the customer. They seem very honest, he was upfront about any and all charges, and asked if I had any questions and offered to explain my bill. They did not try to get me to do any work that i didnt want to at the time. He did tell me i needed a new windshield as mine was cracked all the way across, which was reasonable. He even left all the change that was under my seats in the ashtray for me after he detailed it, I have had work done on my car before and have had things go missing, so this definitely is a plus for me. I fell in love with my car again after getting it back, they really did amazing work. I would definitely come back to do any other work here, and would recommend 100%!

This place is complete scam not even sure how they are still in business. Do not get any work done from here, your insurance company will not pay for your repair ( BEAWARE)
