I went to Hamed to fix a dent in my roof and although a lot of other auto shops refused the job he was happy to help. He did a great job and did more than what I asked him for a really reasonable price. Thanks Serenity!

I got my car destroyed and I thought I have to scrape it but they did a outstanding job on it and revived the car. The guys are really customer service oriented and provide a top notch speedy service. Their rates are pretty unbeatable in the area and they got so many skills in one place.

**RUN..Read this If you want to prevent damages to you're car*** Brought my 2016 challenger for work. My left fender had been hit as well as a portion of the left of my bumper. I purchased a brand new fender and brought it over to Hammed so he can replace it. I dropped it off on Monday Sept 21, he said that he would have it done by Wed sept 23rd. When the Monday came Hammed was nowhere to be found and I had to drop it off with one of he's workers at the shop. On Wednesday I called to find out if I could pick it up and he's answer was the following.. "Why replace the fender brother if I could just repair it". This was on Wednesday when it was supposed to be done already.. it was clear that he had done nothing at all on my vehicle. He then asked me to give him till Friday and that he will have it done. Friday afternoon came and I arrived at he's shop at 5pm, as I pulled in I could already tell the vehicle wasn't done. -Fender had been repaired instead of replaced (Decent job removing the dent) finishes were not done correctly, you could tell the paint had already started to sink. -Overspray everywhere. My windshield had been over sprayed so bad that I could barely see through it, the hood , roof of vehicle and driver side door. He clearly didn't tape anything to prevent staining anywhere else. -My bumper was never painted/ blended with the fender which he repaired instead of replacing like I asked him to. -The pins he had taken out from the cover where my fender needed work on were placed in the back seat of my brand new car and the cover was not put back in place. I asked why it wasn't done yet and he's typical answer was " don't worry man, I'll take care of you" followed by " come back next week and I'll take care of you.. I had already taken time off work for 5 days to have him worked on my vehicle and now he wanted me to come back for more work. I had Clear bra put on my bumper which he peeled off to apparently blend with the fender but it was never done. WORST SHOP, promises the world and delivers nothing more then a lousy half ass done job. Keep in mind that the shop next to him is a rust prof shop, I spoke to one of the guys there and he made it clear that Hammed shop is not where you should ever take you're car. He specifically said, "I see this all the time.. customers have to come back all upset and get work redone because of the mistakes and carelessness of this shop" "Hammed is never around and he shows up at 3pm-5pm to close the shop and most of the time he is not even around, he leaves he's apprentices to work on people's vehicles. He apologized for he's neighbours lack of professionalism. *DO NOT TAKE YOURE VEHICLE TO THIS GUY* Worst mistake I ever did. When I spoke to him to inquire about all the issues and bad job done on my vehicle, he became hostile and threaten to break my jaw. There is a lot more to this experience but I rather just describe the business side of how he did a customer wrong.

Took some serious dents and made them disappear without replacing a part. I went to 7 places for quotes, this guy gave me the fairest price, and was nothing short of incredibly kind. There were some delays, but he explained what other work was happening, and was honest the whole way through, which I value a lot. Delays happen, but if a person is honest about why then its alright with me. Now my SUV looks brand new, and I would recommend anyone to this shop. Heck I found it because another car shop recommended Serenity to me, which speaks volumes. There's a one star review for this place, but the way that guy writes points to me that he's angry and impatient. I learned first and foremost to always be good to people providing a service and wouldn't you know, you get treated well in return. I'd tell any friend of mine to come here. Ace work, Hamed, ace work.
