Great customer service and craftsmanship. These guys will go the extra miles to have the excellent result on your vehicle. Anyone who did not deal with shady body repair shops in the past cannot understand the difference in the services this place provides. I hope I will not need a body shop ever again but if I do, this will be the only place I will go to.

Someone rear-ended my car and left an imprint of their license plate on my bumper. I called Custom coaches and quickly got an appointment for an estimate. Communication is easy, clear and efficient. The work was completed in 3 days and the result is impeccable. I was impressed by their attention to detail and quality of work. The two brothers are friendly, honest and dependable. This made the experience even more enjoyable as it is already stressful enough to be in an accident. I would recommend them to my own family and they will definitely be my first choice for any additional work on my car.

This repair Shop provides extraordinary, second to none, quality of service in their super modern "space age like" facility. Our higher end damaged car, which their expert staff repaired very professionally and efficiently, looks like a brand new after very thorough repair at Custom Coaches. This facility was recommended as top notch to us by the reputable car dealer where we originally purchased our car. Their service exceeded our expectation which was also reflected their communication with our Insurer's Appraiser and car rental company for their prompt support when we left the car for repair. All in all, you feel a family friendly atmosphere at Custom Coaches where two brothers brought their service to perfection. Definitely 5+ stars.

I would honestly recommend this place in a heart beat. Some company’s are all about business and the money, but not custom coaches - they always give the best they have and make sure you are happy with everything, they do an outstanding job and go above and beyond for you. They make your car look brand new when they’re done with it. It’s all about passion. They make you feel comfortable and gives you updates on everything. Best business I have been too, keep up the great work guys!

Extremly professional service. With their high end painting booth, to the fine details to restore damaged vehicles. I highly recommend this shop. This is the only shop I would trust to leave my damaged car. You won’t find a better shop in the GTA.
