We called today in the morning and got an 11am appointment in the Longville area for suture removal and removed/ check of an embedded wood tick. When we arrive 15 minutes prior to our appointment, we we're told we didn't have an appt until the 29th!
Now we are waiting to see a nurse while 3other people have came in and are being seen before us.
Not right! We had an appt and it's not our fault the clinic screwed this up. Don't know how long it will be, but we should've been fit in appropriately.
