If I could give negative stars I would. I have a mole removed and the whole procedure was botched by Dr.Rojo. I've been having nothing but pain and complications since. The only way I will step foot I there again is with my lawyer

I have to disagree with the negative reviewers. No clinic is perfect. I have gone to several "mainstream" clinics, but I go back to Stellis Health. I have extreme health anxiety and the doctors and nurses have gone out of their way to make me feel assured and safe. The doctors have have visited have been thorough and thoughtful. Not many doctors will hug their patients, but mine do. This clinic is small town. They live here, go to church here etc. They care about who you are and how you live.
They are physically connected to Buffalo Hospital, but are not Alina. I am not as positive about Buffalo ER. While I have had a couple of decent ER doctors, I have also had nightmares. As said, no clinic or hospital is perfect. I don't think there is one doctor, clinic or hospital that is 100% across the
Board.

Went to seek help for my son with a pediatrician that was recommended to us. It was a huge mistake! We received no answers, the Dr was condescending and rude. Went to the clinic down the road the following day and finally received the answers we needed.

Horrible customer service. Been trying to reach my doctor and nurse for two days now and they haven’t returned my call. I was advised MONDAY NIGHT after I’ve been calling and leaving messages before hand that they weren’t in. Today I get some lady who just works the switch board laugh at me when I said I couldn’t get a hold of them and asked for a supervisor. She said “oh I have another number to transfer you too” and then sends me to the same one. I’ve been going there since dr ahrens and dr tim c was there and now. Unfortunately, after 32 years, and after driving from Minneapolis for the last 14 years to go there. I will no longer be going to Buffalo Stellis Clinic.

Horrible. Two trips to urgent care with my 8 year old for extremely bad ear infection. Long wait times. Cold, preoccupied, clueless and rude staff. Gave little care to the pain he was in. Prescribed wrong antibiotic the first visit.
Went back the next day because it got much worse. They decided to shove a wick in his ear while he screamed in pain the second visit. Nurse was annoyed because my child almost threw up due to the pain it caused and asked him to be quiet. Different Doc prescribed different drops and new oral antibiotics.
Follow up visit with different doctor 2 weeks later was just as awful. Doc was 35 minutes behind (he shared that he was running late, overwhelmed and stressed with my child and I) He literally spent less than 2 minutes with us, if that, after we waited for him for an hour past our appointment time. He gave the "all clear" after barely even looking at my child. He asked no questions and gave no follow up directions.
I would NEVER recommend this clinic to anyone. Horrible, lacking, stressful, experience. Unkind, rude and inexperienced staff. Extremely dissatisfied. The parking was easy. That's the only positive I can share.
