Every time I've been here and it has been few times now the wait was nonexistent and I was given great care. Right now I'm in crying pain on the weekend from an abscess in my mouth so let's hope this experience is as good as all the previous ones! 🤞

Incredibly quick in and out of the ER for stitches but it’s now month two of us asking for an itemized bill (so we can be reimbursed by a hospital income policy we have). Repeated messages left on the itemized bill voicemail (no real person answers) and emails have gone unanswered. Absolutely ridiculous.

After already experiencing FRAUD from this hospital in which they switched my service from "urgent care" to "Emergency" without ever telling me, changing my bill from $200 to almost $3,000, I called and complained and was told by the person I spoke to, not to pay the bill until they called me back to discuss options. They never called me back and today I received a call that they want to know why I haven't paid my bill yet! This place is a COMPLETE FRAUD!!!! STAY AWAY, not only do they not offer much help, they are a corrupt business practice. How can a business get away with this FRUAD!!!! They gave Pepcid, Nausea Medicine and Fluids and charged me $3000!!!!! My insurance won't cover it because its not a "TRUE EMERGENCY" Which I agree, its wasn't, I went there for urgent care not an emergency! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!

We have been here a few times. My son was misdiagnosed - the first time we brought him in at 7 weeks old, we were told he had silent reflux. When we took him by AMBULANCE to Children's the next time a few weeks later, it was confirmed that he was having SEIZURES. Not reflux. Then, last month my husband was there to get a finger stitched up. He had an X-ray and was told there was no tendon damage. When he got the stitches removed, the nurse told him he would just have to do some "exercises" to regain mobility. At an orthopedic office today, he had a second x-ray and was told that the tendon indeed was severed. Now, he'll have to have surgery to put a wire in without knowing if it will actually heal or not. AVOID CHASKA ER AND URGENT CARE AT ALL COSTS.

Three different trips and all three I would rate 1 star only because I can't give them a zero. Fail to listen and failure to ask clarifying questions. Prescribed medication not relavent to the issue.
