Wonderful trainers, friendly staff, high energy, and small gym size. I recently completed 6 Week Challenge and could not have been happier with my results. I can say that I was unsure at first but, I knew that I needed some kind of push and accountability to help get me on track to a healthier life. This is exactly what I got. The meal plan was very helpful, the boot camps pushed me to work harder and the trainers checked in regularly to make sure I was on track. If you are looking for a smaller gym with fitness classes and a group of knowledgeable trainers that work to know people by first name then this is definitely the right place. Wonderful facility!

I just completed a six week weight loss program with Rejuv and it has been a life changing experience. With the simple meal plans, supplements and amazing Trainers and Staff I was able to loss 27lbs in just six weeks. Their boot camp style of workouts are enjoyable and a challenge. In groups surrounded by peers trying to accomplish the same goal, to live a healthier lifestyle, is that extra drive and push to keep on pushing yourself. There staff is outstanding when it comes to making accommodations to workout for injuries or pains you may have. If you are looking to get healthy, lose weight or even just to find a more challenging workout Rejuv is where you want to be!

Rejuv helped me feel better about myself again! When I started at Rejuv I had no confidence in myself and now I feel amazing! The boot camps are great! Cardio dances they have are so much fun! Who knew working out would be fun?! The personal trainers are so nice and will help you in anyway to achieve your goals! If you're looking for a gym that will change your life, this is the place!!

I love Rejuv! The gym is great, they set up a plan to help me loose my extra baby weight. The staff kept me motivated and accountable. Everyone was so encouraging even for someone who didn’t work out a lot before this. Also love the medical side - They look for the root cause of a problem and find a non medicated way to fix them.

Let's face it, Regenerative Medicine is nothing new at Rejuv. It is what started this practice more than 12 years ago. That's why I wouldn't go anywhere else. They know what they are doing and I experienced it first-hand. My back feels amazing and my tingly knee is no longer tingling. I'm not alone, look at all the results in these reviews.
