CVS Pharmacy

Pharmacy is less then average in capability and stability. They might try hard, but suffer from computer system crashes and they fill prescriptions I don't ask for them to fill.... and don't fill prescriptions I ask for... very unimpressed....

It is what it is... and they do not sell alcohol. Location is good. Self service NEVER working properly.

The store is not very well stocked. Shelves for some products are empty for days.

Don’t use this cvs for a pharmacy, there is always some kind of issue whenever I pick up prescriptions. Usually they have only one out of few filled and I have to sit and wait every time. They are a total mess and a pain to deal with

I love this store!

I just was in the West End store at 70th in NYC. There was a young staff woman who was not wearing a mask and talking loudly on her phone. She was not at all careful or cognizant of the need to practice social distancing. I was sorely disappointed.

It’s non-stop problems with this location: the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. 20 years of using CVS in several states and this is the first time I’m considering changing locations due to incompetence.
