Is there a reason the pharmacy doesn't answer the phone?

They are very nice at the pharmacy itself. But they are clearly understaffed i.e. no fault of the pharmacist or their team, sounds like a corporate issue. It takes a very long time for them to answer the phone if at all whenever I call.

YEAH, HI, HELLO, can you answer your phone please, and lose the attitude.. k thanks.

The store itself is good but the location hardly has any parking spots available! I had to wait to pickup my prescription even though I went for pickup after 2 hours of my prescriptions sent from my doctor.

Good size with decent collection. Staff are good. Location is good but you may struggle for parking. You will get few collection for vegan health powder , cosmetic items , frozen food ,milk ,water and pharmacy .

Customer service is terrible, I have been a CVS customer since 2015 and I never chose another pharmacy until I started going to this store..

They take my insurance. Not many pharmacies take it in JC. Great service!
