Didn't fill my 96 year old mom's heart meds because it wasn't fully covered by insurance. Assumed without calling that we couldn't pay. It took 3 visits to the store and much aggravation to get one prescription.

They claim they lost the keys to open the locked deodorant as a business that unprofessional.

What's the point on taking someone's phone number to text them letting them know your prescription is ready. They never sent a text and now they're closed and I can't get my prescription. This isn't the first time this happened , forgot to mention they are very rude and disrespectful at this location.

As a patron for the years that I have been here. I think it was bad that you guys didn't let the neighborhood know that you was reopening. Only found out the following Friday by word of mouth. We all didn't wreck the store and now the prices are hacked up
