CVS Pharmacy

Went for a COVID test at 10am and was told by the pharmacist I would have my results by this evening. No call, text, nor email. Be transparent and when things change give a courtesy call. It someone’s health and now I have to wait another day before my md can prescribe a med to help relieve my symptoms. Not dependable!!

Came in here to grab a couple items I needed and the staff was very helpful on helping me find what I was looking for. The layout of the store was quite nice and the self checkout worked great, would recommend coming back

Never a "please" or a "thank you", or "thank you for waiting" or any behavior that constitutes basic civility. One time I was told that a simple prescription that I take daily was unavailable. This went on for over a week. Finally I went to another chain drug store that is not so convenient but the med was readily available there. And the staff was no nice, I was taken aback. It's time to switch over to that store again. I will say that there is a pharmacist at this CVS - Spencer - who is very thoughtful, hence the 2 stars for the store instead of one. But the rest of the staff is clearly unhappy, or do not care, or both.

I’ve been here twice, and I feel like I was watched the entire time I was shopping/checking out——— that’s infuriating when I’m a PAYING customer. A lady that was also shopping before me, was just complaining about her doing that to them as well. However, I noticed that she did not do that to the customers after me. Weird. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The pharmacy staff is an A plus team. I’ve never had an issue with them. Always polite and ready to serve even when they have a lot going on. I called today because I had lost my prescription and one of the pharmacist Spencer delightfully assisted me and even took the time to find me discounts. I truly appreciate this entire staff. UPDATE: I will continue to update on this amazing team because the negative reviews is not what this team deserves. I will only come to this pharmacy because of the service. Whenever I have an issue I know I can count on this team. And they truly make me feel special by always remembering my name.

Really not surprised by the 2 star rating. Had a 12pm appointment with the pharmacy for a Antigen rapid Covid test. It’s 12:11 and they still have the drive thru closed. 12:15 I go into the store to see what the issue was. I was informed that someone didn’t show up and the pharmacist that did come in walked out. It’s very unfortunate for those who use this pharmacy and need medication. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional…

I dropped a disposable camera off at this location for the film to be developed and they informed me that they have to send the camera off to NC to be developed and it’s 3 week process. Cool, that wasn’t a problem. That was July 16th. It is now August 20th and still no photos. I’ve received a few automated calls from CVS informing me that my photos are ready for pick up but when I arrive to the location they tell me that they see no photos of mine. The front area where all the photos are looks terrible and disorganized. I think my memories are gone forever and this is truly horrible. There is no number with NC that you can call to check the status either. Just a disaster.

The staff have been nothing but nice and friendly to me. UPDATE : 3/23/24 Employee by the name of Tom was very nice, professional and helpful. Tom came across as a kind human being. I believe he has a great future ahead of him.

Nice selection of snacks n drinks on a late night run.

With as many 1-star ratings this establishment has, how is this CVS is still in business? I ordered a free 4x6 magnet through my T-Mobile Tuesday rewards and later received an email stating that my order was ready for pick up. When I get here, the assistant manager Meshell tells me that my order was never completed. She explained the photo machine was down and when I inquired about why was I sent an email confirming my order was completed, she said there was no way of telling me that it wasn’t until I got here. I disagree with this response since I had to enter my phone number to submit the order. A simple phone call could have saved me the inconvenience of coming to this location. She then tells me to reorder my magnet at a different CVS but I’m unable to do so because the promotional code is for one time use only. This entire trip was a waste of gas, time, money, and energy. I am very disappointing and I will never come back to this establishment again!
