CVS Pharmacy

September 6,2022 went to CVS to pick up prescription the liquid medication was not closed properly and wasted all on the back seat of my vehicle. They was unable to assist me after taking three days to get the medication approved from insurance. I do not recommend coming to this location.

This pharmacy is one of the most incompetent, unprofessional I've ever experienced. I don't drive. And extremely high risk pregnant and csnt half the time keep water down. I'm om Teo different medications for nauseousness. I called on three different occasions for a refill of one and not the other and twice was told they didn't even have record of the medication at their cvs but yet I was holding a bottle in my hand witb their store address and number on it and a valid prescription number. Then the third time I ask for it and my mil leaves work to go pick up, gets it to me and it's not even th3 right medications. Tried calling cause now my insurance has been charged for something I didn't want ot needed and I had ti pay a Co pay out of pocket for it as well. And the clowns won't even answer the phone to acknowledge their screw up. Worst customer service that you could possibly GET. FIND YOU A NEW PHARMACY. These people know hear what they want to hear.

Great store very clean employees and manger was very nice greeted me helped me most definitely will be visiting that store Regularly

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this pharmacy location! I used this pharmacy to fill my prescriptions for 3 years and I NEVER had an issue. They are very courteous and helpful. I recently moved and I miss them so much! If you want a pleasant and speedy experience, choose this CVS location! Keep up the good work! Thank you!

Coke products were scarce. Service awesome. Pharmacy has awesome employees. Caring, warm and very concerned about persons who seek their assistance.

I love going to this pharmacy, they are so polite and professional. When waiting for a script to be filled, I only wait 10 to 15 mins.. When waiting for the script to be filled at North Main St. CVS, my wait is 1hour 30 mins to 1 hour 40 mins. Thank you CVS on Harden St..

Lead pharmacist was unproffesional. Scheduled a COVID vaccine and was told the medicine was still frozen and would have to come back

Always enjoyed picking my scripts up here - much better than the one on Sparkleberry Lane. Major, Brittany and the whole gang are friendly and don't mind answering questions. Why did I wait so long to start using them - had been working downtown for the last four years now.
