Very good shopping experience! The employees are so helpful! The store is very clean and orderly. I would recommend this CVS over other locations.
I don’t usually use this location because of they lack a drivethru but it’s the closest to my house. I utilized my T-Mobile free Tuesday to redeem 10 free pictures. I went to the counter and the very rude causation lady got my package of prints then she tried to charge me. So I go to the app to show her it says discount applied at checkout, she still wasn’t satisfied. So she made me order the same 10 prints again and stand at the counter for 30 minutes while she reprinted my original order, when they were already sitting on the counter. Not only did she throw the first 10 away, when she finally finished the reprint the unclassy cougar didn’t even say have a nice day or thank you or anything. I mean who comes to work that bitter? And if you didn’t want to honor the promo then don’t offer them, a $3.60 transaction took me a total of 40 minutes. I guarantee if our skin tones were the same she would have given me the pictures that were already printed and waiting for pickup. Not saying cvs is racist but it’s Walgreens from now on in this household
I had the displeasure of being “helped” by a young boy named Rudy in the pharmacy. He yelled at me to back away from the counter which was 4 feet from his workspace and said, “I don’t want someone sick 1 inch from my face.”. Then got to talking about my medicine and he said, “The medicine you think you need which you do not know if it works”. I was very disappointed and told it to forget about it because I’m going to Publix. Some people just aren’t professional enough to work in pharmacy and it shows here.
This CVS USED TO BE a great store. Staff members were professional but also very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately this is no longer the case since Corporate decided to make staffing changes late last year. The pharmacy has all new staff - pharmacists and techs - and the front store has a new manager and mostly new staff. While some employees are helpful, most appear to be unhappy and are not. In addition to the new staff, the merchandise appears to be changing, old favorites are no longer in stock and the are usually multiple empty shelves. I don't know why changes were made but I miss the old store and hope the new staff settles in soon and becomes friendly and helpful once again. UPDATE - 07/23/2019 More than 6 months after "The Purge", the store is chronically understaffed and still missing stock. If the pharmacy didn't continue to fill prescriptions quickly and work with my insurance, I'd downgrade my review to one star.
I recently moved to the area and this CVS is in a popular shopping strip but after a third terrible experience I will absolutely not be coming back. No one was at the front to check me out so I made my way back to the pharmacy to just get checked out back there and then they asked what I needed I asked just to simply be checked out and she made a service announcement to have customer service to the front I said thank you headed back up to the front and then a man by the name of Darnell was standing up there I asked if he could check me out he looked at me and didn’t even say a word back to me he just walked back behind the desk and he said proceed to say they couldn’t check you out back there and I told him they said to come up here and he said I didn’t know you needed help, made me feel very uncomfortable and he clearly didn’t want me there. Honestly such a shocking experience and I will never give service to a business that treats customers with such ignorance. Such a shame because normally CVSs are so friendly and easy going I’ve never had such poor customer service in my life!
CVS is usually very prompt and the service is generally great. This particular CVS Pharmacy, however, is FAR BELOW the standard. The pharmacy staff are disgruntled and lackluster at best. I've continued to frequent their location because of convenience, but I'm over it. I'd rather drive the extra time than to be treated with disregard and apathy. If you want a friendly and helpful pharmacy, don't go here.
I visited this store twice this week. Employees were loud and discussions were totally unprofessional. Pharmacy techs were discussing another female and remarks were detrimental to the person'she character. I was trying to read information about products, but it was hard to concentrate. Upfront worker was upset because someone had misplaced a key. She used curse words several times. I reported information to a shift manager and she said sorry, but didn't ask for any details. Extremely unpleasant shopping experience at this store.
Best CVS around! The staff is very helpful and the Pharmacists are very caring, they know all the regulars by name.
The restroom can make you feel like you can get sick by walking in it. Very dirty.
Staff was very helpful and prompt. Store was very clean. Store is hard to see from the main road
