NAILED IT!!!!!! I specifically choose this CVS store and pharmacy as one of my main shopping spots for health-care and self-care needs, as well as my prescriptions even though I no longer reside in the area of this location. I've been greeted with kindness, and treated with respectful open arms, compassion, understanding, and a customer first approachable attitude each and every time I've been a customer within this company. My needs are met always, my concerns are addressed appropriately, always, and I'm never let down by the caring and friendly yet PROFESSIONAL personalities of the staff and pharmacists. I highly recommend visiting this location if and when you're in the vicinity of 2100 E. Dublin Granville Rd. Top tier VIP status!!!
I have been having issues getting a prescription filled for a client of mine and Cassandra C at the Pharmacy has been incredibly kind and helpful every time we've had to call. Even through the phone, you can tell she has genuine care and concern for patients. Grateful that there are people like Cassandra out there in the world to help others!
It is so difficult to get a prescription filled. I waited 20 minutes on hold to speak with a lady who told me she couldn't find my prescription. I spelled my name 3 times, and then told her the automated system said it would be ready at 6. She spoke with the pharmacist who was actually filling my script and she came back and told me it would be ready in an hour. I'm not sure if she was found to use a manual typewriter for the label or why it would take an hour if the pharmacist was working on it, but okay. I'm also not sure why the lady on the phone couldn't find it if the automated system and the pharmacist has it. Overall - it is a nightmare to get on the actual property right now due to construction-
The store manager, Sammy , was very helpful. I had trouble working the self- checkout and he came with the quickness and helped me. Loved the service and the effectiveness to solve my problems.
Cassandra was tremendously helpful in resolving an issue I had with my insurance that would have cost me hundreds of dollars if not for her help. She resolved the issue quickly and with kindness and I am very grateful for the help.
Cassandra was the most helpful person I’ve encountered at this location yet! I’ve been going here to pick up my prescriptions for a couple years now and you could tell she was genuine in wanting to help me figure out when I could get my prescription and when my insurance would cover it. Most of the time when I call I feel rushed or not valued but she really turned my opinion around on that. She is a very good asset to your pharmacy and other employees that weren’t so kind should take after her. Thank you again Cassandra I hope I spelled that right!
Would give 1 star but the lady up at front desk was nice when i called. Your guys pharmacy is pathetic. Ive waited on the phone 2 different times for 15 min. Does the phone make sound? No way you guys dont have time for a 1 minute call for me to check in and see if my medication was in. I was told to call and nobody picks up. Either get 2 people staffed atleast or get better workers who has better customer service experience. Ive done public jobs too. So im not speaking without having been in their shoes.
This particular pharmacy location has always had problems with service. Your told over the phone when your prescription will be ready. You come a day later and it's still not ready. Customers do not want to have to keep waiting and waiting for their prescription to get filled. Have it ready when your told it will be ready. And the customer service is not very pleasant.
Staff is rude - slow - attitudes - and what’s the point of having a separate lane for drop off only if it’s not working. Sat in the spot for 10 mins pushing call button the send button - nothing - no help either. Dude watched me at the window and said nothing - like hey ma’am that lane isn’t open or I’m to dumb to tell you. I seriously HATE cvs and always have. When Walgreens stopped taking my insurance I was livid because I never wanted to deal with cvs - every location especially the 161 location SUCKS. I would literally rather go without my medication than deal with this pharmacy. I know covid ruined everything - everywhere is short staffed, but how is that MY fault to be treated like a burden.
If I could give negative stars, I would. They’re so rude and inconsiderate here. Had me waiting for 3 hours for a prescription. Came in and they said it’s not ready for another hour or two. I let her know that they said it’d be 3 hours, when usually it only takes 20 minutes. & she got an attitude yelling, “We’re short staffed! We only have one person filling! ITS ME!!!!” Just the tone, ignorance, always a problem at this location. Go elsewhere.
