CVS Pharmacy

Nice CVS Pharmacy. Young professionals at work and prompt. I was informed my prescription would be ready in 45 minutes. And when I returned, they were ready. Organized shelves and stocked. Clean isles. Nice and friendly service from the CVS associates and the pharmacy department. Parking available surrounding the CVS.

Great customer service and they helped me al the time with questions about medications

Last two times I made trips to pick up prescriptions not ready even after placing orders on the automated phone system and confirming a pick-up time. I drive 40 minutes to pick my prescriptions waiting 1.5 hrs still not ready No explanation why prescriptions were not ready as promised or an acknowledgment of the significant inconvenience. Not even an apology.... Never gonna be in this location in my Life …. So disappointed I have to pick my kids from School they never care .

Looked at this stores hours online before driving there. I got there at 10 pm only to find the doors being locked. The online hours posted say 11pm is their closing time. If the real closing time is 10pm, please fix it online so I don’t waste my time to get there. I’ve seen several other complaints online about incorrectly posted hours. Please post accurate hours or make sure employees are adhering to the correct store hours.

Too slow not having wat u need it suxes

I have been a customer of this location for close to 14-years. Last two times I made trips to pick up prescriptions only to discover they were not ready even after placing orders on the automated phone system and confirming a pick-up time. In other words we don't value you as a customer and your years of being a loyal customer. So disappointed.

Even though it says they don't close until 12 a.m. they actually close at 10 p.m. and when I got there at 9:57 they lock the doors and wouldn't let me in to make a return which kept me from getting to work the next day the lady wouldn't even come back to the door after she locked it early to hear what I had to say or what I was trying to ask her.... not to mention every other time I'm in there they usually treat me different than most customers just because of the way I dress and my tattoos especially if they see the ones on my face

Efficient, friendly, and helpful pharmacy. Only once had an issue and they fixed it immediately when I called. I don't know why the wrong hours posted on here, but the CVS at Cleveland and Shrock is open later.

always the employees go up and beyond helping me. I am disabled and they help me get my monthly supplies. instacart shoppers as well.

Wonderful and very helpful staff. Very clean store and well stocked. There is NEVER a line at the pharmacy which is AWESOME.
