A rude male Pharm Tech or Pharmacist answers the phone. Find a job somewhere else if you can’t deal with ‘impatient’ patients looking for their prescription. You have an obligation to inform patients status of their prescription, that is part of your job!!

Don't send your package with their UPS services at CVS!! They don't print a receipts, and there is nothing that shows that you sent it. When I requested a receipt, they told me to contact UPS. How can I contact UPS if I don't a receipt? Lost my $300 return item.

Eastern European Pharmacist is cruel and rude. He should be working in a factory where he doesn't have to interact with humans.
