Cycle Gear

Best place to go for any type of gear. Cycle gear is a very good store for any of your motorcycle needs. I had great customer service and they helped me a lot. They were able to explain many features on the products I asked about and also recommended products from their experience. A well stocked store with brand products and also with cheaper alternatives. I got good discounts and was able to try on the gear before I bought it. I can order products online and send them to the store, if it doesn't fit or if I don't like it they give me a refund and send the product back! Its a one stop shop for any kind of rider, the have gear and apparel for just about every type. I don't usually write a review, but I felt like I owed this to Cycle Gear in Wichita Ks after the awesome experience there! I would most definitely recommend to a friend! The store in Wichita Ks is now expanding and Cycle Gear now owns Revzilla! Now they are one of the biggest retailers when it comes to the gear you need to keep you safe!

I really enjoy shopping here, but the customer service is poor. I checked for an item they said would be in stock in a few days. Checked in didn't have it, no problem. They will order one for me and call me in 5 days. 3 weeks later, and no phone call. I go in to check and if they did have it they didn't anymore. The individual only offered to sell a different brand of the item. If you need to order anything you are better off doing it yourself online.

Excellent staff, excellent support! I bought a helmet through their webpage and took it in to have them evaluate the fit. It was 1 size too large so they exchanged it right in store.

Very happy with our experience. Very helpful staff. Even gave us a discount. Did not try to sell us a more expensive helmet. I will shop here again.
