Doonan Truck & Equip.

Took a company truck there to force a regen. They got that done and also found the cause of a fault code that my home shop couldn't figure out....a restricted fuel filter. They took the time to answer other questions I had without acting as though I was bothering them. I would recommend this shop.

We have known this dealership for years and recommend them highly! We used the body shop for the first time and were in and out quickly and back on the road. Lots of bays for service and body work and large parts department.

1st truck purchase was in 1988, Warren was wonderful to work with. 2nd truck was 2014. Again absolutely world class service from Warren Doonan. He continues to go above and beyond in helping us. NOBODY would have taken care of us prior to the purchase of the Pete and when we questioned the power in the truck. HE supported us to a 10 star rating not just a 5 star. He even brought the truck from Great Bend to us for a demo, and returned it for purchase all with fulfilled promises. I have NEVER in my 30 years of self employment ever been treated more outstandingly. Trinity Sales is a small company in the big picture to Warren Doonan, and Doonan Peterbilt but to us we feel like "we are family" I highly recommend calling Warren personally in Great Bend for your truck purchase. I could write a book about his service even communicating with an engine dealer on our behalf last week for our non-Pete truck we purchased elsewhere 9 years ago. Even the dealer said to our manager, "Warren Doonan himself, is involved in instructing what to do exactly in the repairing of this truck for you . HOW is he involved?" " that is amazing"

worst costumer service ever! if i could put a no star i would . i went to the parts department and they took for ever to help me. and then all he coul say was i dont know what this is?? i went there to purchase battery cable and the brakers. i took the old ones i had to get the right sizes. but as soon as he started looking at me i could tell , they didnt want to help me. so i guess my money is not welcomed there. i went to kenworth and they got me in and out real quick and asked me if i wanted anything else.

I have had problems with this peterbuilt (Paccar motor) had it to two peterbuilt shops to get it looked at. They said " nothing wrong with it!" I brought it to Doonans and within 30 minutes they said what was wrong with it. Thanks Doonans. You rule.
