First time in the store. Didnt really know what to expect. The main proprietor greeted us and complimented our old classic Toyota ('71) Landcruiser. Offered much knowledge and tips/hints that would only be applicable. This is definitely the kind of business I like to frequent. GREAT STORE!!

Waited on hold for almost 15 minutes listening to someone speak to other customers on the phone. They finally picked up my line an hung up without even a screw you, LOL. I'll give them one star..

I have a 2010 jk 2 door, i'm on a budget and I ordered a amp research retractiable steps, quadratech Q9000 winch and plate. this plate allowed to save me extra expense not replaceing my stock bumper. all told I saved over $ 400. i was going to try to install it myself. it looked like it would be too much for me. i went to offroad motor sports. the install tech was great but we had a problem with his boss the owner. one week later i was waiting on a switch so my steps would work without doors. i told the owner that i needed the jeep back and requested that to forget the switch. just finish up. his reaction to my request was anger. he became mouthy and said i should have let him order parts. not to be out done i barked back. when i returned he was very humble. no mouth this time i was recording the trans action. then he still had his mouth running toward the end. in the end he refused my money. on talking to the installer he told me he wouldn't get paid for his work. John did really good work . .

Had them do a gear swap on a 2014 F150 4x4. Driving home from the install there was a pulsing vibration felt in the steering wheel, took the truck back, they had it a couple days and said everything is fine and to bring it back after the 500 mile break-in on the new gears. Ok so took it back with the vibration after the break-in, they had it a week then told me there was a revision on the front pinion bearing ( not sure, there's two ). Picked it up, drove home fine but the next day vibration was back. Long story short...took it to Ford, they found both front locking hubs damaged from the install. Had Ford replace them and the vibration is gone. Sad part is Fords quote was $500 less and that included the alignment with my 6" lift. UPDATE: 10/17 Rear Pinion Gear depth was not set correctly and wore the coast side of the ring gear after 8K miles ( gears howled loudly on deceleration). Found a mechanic with 30 years of experience rebuilding axles to do the job right. Cost for replacement was another $1,400 including parts and labor. I deserve a refund!
