ABOUT
Czech Center Museum Houston is a nonprofit educational cultural arts organization with the goal of exploring and preserving Czech heritage. We are one of Houston's eighteen fine museums and a beautiful venue for events of all kinds.
MISSION
The purpose of the Czech Center Museum Houston is to unify the Czech/Slovak American Community around issues of importance and provide a central focus for all things Czech related, serving as a clearing house for information useful for members, visitors, individuals, organizations, and the media.
DESCRIPTION
The Czech Center Museum Houston strives to teach people of every heritage the need to know and take pride in their identity, their roots, and to better understand other cultures to be citizens of the world in a global community.
The Czech Center Museum Houston provides unique education experiences based on authentic objects, art, music, stories and lives of Czechs, Slovaks and all cultures, who left their country to seek liberty and democracy in America.
