D&R House of Diamonds

Our review is really overdue! We researched many jewelry stores in Las Vegas when deciding to purchase an engagement ring. We saw how highly reviewed D & R House of Diamonds was, so we scheduled an appointment for a consultation. In our first meeting with Richard Shaw, he spent over 2 hours talking to us/helping us about selecting a diamond and choosing an engagement ring. We were surprised about the level of customer service provided, as we were not treated the same way by other chain jewelry stores! After that initial visit, we knew we had to return to purchase the ring at D & R. I never thought we could have gotten a custom ring of such quality without paying a fortune. Richard really worked with our budget to give me the ring of my dreams, and when I saw the finished product during the proposal, it was everything and more that I hoped it would be. We absolutely recommend Richard for all of your jewelry needs! We will be back soon to get our bands!

I spent over six months looking for the perfect round diamond. I traveled to the Los Angeles diamond district several times, worked with numerous wholesale dealers, and visited virtually every jeweler in Las Vegas. After all that time, I finally met Dave at D&R. Dave is the most personable, professional, and honorable jeweler that I've ever met. He is a straight shooter, he will not hustle you, and will not waste your time. Aside from being the best person to work with, he has the best prices you can find. After giving me the best price on my diamond, we worked together to make a custom setting. Needless to say, my fiancee absolutely loves her engagement ring. For these reasons, we returned to Dave and had him make custom wedding bands for us. We will continue to return to him for all of our jewelry needs.

This is a one stop shop for any and all your diamond needs. Dave is extremely personable and professional and helped me get exactly what I wanted. We designed a beautiful custom engagement ring and he saved me thousands by educating me in depth on diamonds and where I could sacrifice overall quality without any noticeable change in how the diamond would look in my ring. 100% the best customer service I have ever received and I will never go anywhere else for all my future diamond/jewelry needs.

Dave has helped me out with many gifts for my family and each one has been spectacular. He has great attention to detail and their unique business model make the whole experience so enjoyable. He has also been very helpful in competently and accurately appraising my clients jewelry.

If you want the ultimate in your jewelry buying experience you need to go see Dave Padgett at D&R House of Diamonds. My wife and I used Dave for our wedding rings and he helped us custom design them. That was like no other experience we have ever had it was fantastic. So we thought it would be very expensive to sit with a private jeweler compared to a big chain store. We were wrong Dave actually save us some cash and we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Dave, Bob and Cheryl
