I got a ring stuck on my finger... The woman I spoke to was very concerned about it... I finally decided to try dental Floss one last time since the ring is titanium.... It worked... I called back she was so happy to hear I got it off... She is awesome it really suck I didn't get her name

I asked for new diamonds in my ring that had been broken, and asked them to drill out the back side of the ring, so that they would not break again. They did not do what I asked, and now my diamonds are broken again. I knew that would happen, and they didn't even care.

Kind of rud and not helpful employee! Not reasonable price for changing battery and repair, not at all. If I could, I did not give them any star! I find a repair shop and changing battery for one fifth of their price for repair and so quick to do compare with them!

Amazing staff, kind and courteous! The customer service was outstanding! Gabriel created diamond stub earrings and pendants from my Mom's wedding ring set for my two sisters and I. The workmanship was fantastic. I happily refer Gabriel Jewelers to all!
