Stopped to purchase a new watch band. Price was good. It took longer than I liked to swap out the band. Overall, I'm happy about my purchase.
Dropped my watch off 2 weeks and 4 days ago . Ive checked in ever few days and still had not been looked at or fixed. No one called to let me know what was going on nor how much longer it would be until it done . I do not recommend nor will I ever return
Not the most attentive young men on the afternoon I arrived to shop for a replacement watch battery. I was not pleased when the clerk abandoned my order to help a customer shopping for a watch. Only okay customer service.
Needed a watch for sons graduation, didn't know which one to get. Associates helped me narrow down my options. My son loved it, thanks you for all your help. Great service!!
