Genuine friendly service with a quick turnaround. I came in at 4:15pm on a Tuesday with my grandmother's pendant that had a rough back side that needed smoothing. It is not even real gold, and I have never been a customer of J L Johnson's before, but they took care of me right away. Originally, the gentleman quoted me that he could get it back to me by Friday, but I explained that it was sentimental and that I needed it back in time to wear to her funeral on Friday. Within 20 minutes of dropping it off, they texted me that they had it ready, including a condolence message. I planned to pay a small fee for their time, but their jeweler took care of it free of charge. Such a sweet gesture from them that was really appreciated! I wish I had got the gentleman's name who took care of me. Thank you very much -- your kindness does not go unrecognized <3

I had a diamond ring that I wanted to convert to a diamond stud earring and also a gold ring to sell outright. A price based on my needs was promptly offered and a timetable to finish the transaction was also provided. The finished product is high quality, the price was extremely fair and the timetable was accurate. I felt an immediate sense of trust with this Jeweler and would definitely recommend them. I have visited JL Johnson Jewelry many times. They have a beautiful selection to choose from. One time, when I didn’t see what I was looking for, they were very helpful and ordered some earrings for me to look at and choose from. They have repaired some jewelry for me as well. This past December Bronnwyn assisted me at the store. She helped me pick out a new ring setting for my Grandmother’s diamond. She is very patient and knowledgeable. The ring is beautiful and I am very happy with the results.
