I was so sad when Fitzgeralds closed but the new one is really wonderful. It's a great mix of legacy and modernity. The customer service is excellent. From now on all our family prescriptions will get directed to Fitzys and I can't wait to return to check out their "soda fountain". Thank you Hayat for reviving the Fitzgerald tradition!

My podiatrist recommended Fitzgeralds pharmacy for a cast cover so that I could shower normally. Not only did they have the product in question but the woman working the home healthcare counter, Sara knew all about the product and explained how it worked. On top of all if that she was extremely polite, cordial, congenial, and very nice. She definitely deserves a gold star next to her name. Plus she said that this product is made in the USA a big plus for a vet who loves his country. I will shop at Fitzgeralds for anything specialized I need in home healthcare. I will also highly recommend Fitzgeralds pharmacy to my friends and family.

Recently, my 14 year old grandson broke his foot and was told " no showers or swimming for four weeks" . He is leaving for a weeklong scout camp in Northern Wisconsin tomorrow and my daughter began looking online for a waterproof cast cover. But shipping would take too long. I suggested Fitzgeralds, as I grew up on the North Shore, knew of their long history of providing home medical devices and have always been pleased with their products and service. As I expected, Fitzgeralds came through again. Quality merchandise and great service. You have made one scout very happy and changed his camping experience from sitting on the sidelines to "yeah, I can do,this"! Thanks Fitzgerald's.

I'm happy to give "Fitzgeralds" a 5 star review. This iconic "Bay" store has been serving customers for about 65 years. The real deal - not a chain pharmacy. This is the place to go if you are looking for knowledgable, caring customer oriented service.
