very rude pharmaceutical staff. medications are never filled in a timely manner and communicating that the prescriptions fill expected time is never facilitated and when asked when it'll be ready, staff is very rude and dismissive.

Had a problem with a prescription refill. Someone dropped the ball The head pharmacist Was very rude and treated me as if I was less than a person By interrupting the assistant who was trying to help me.

Pharmacy was very rude to me. I'll be transferring to a different location

This 5 stars isn't to the Company but to the Employee Ladonesty Fowlkes. I came into the store to purchase some water and wipes. I bought my water got to my truck and realized I had forgotten the wipes. I go back into the store and head to the wipes. I press the button and waited patiently for assistance because the wipes were locked. I look up front and see Ladonesty assisting customers at front check out. I began walking around the store looking for an associate to assist me. The store literally sounded like a ghost town. I continued to wait and Ladonesty came running towards me to unlock what I needed. I asked him where is his coworkers and and he wasn't sure I proceeded to command him for having such good customer services and not letting the pressure of having to run an entire store by himself. This young man deserves a promotion. If your gonna have an employee going above and beyond I think he should be recognized for it. Great job Young man. Hopefully someone important sees this in give you credit where its do.

I 've been using this Walgreens on Teutonia and Goodhope for years and the service is very good never had any issues there

Exceptional customer service! Heather Z and Pakou the Pharmacy Manger help me out of really hard situation when one of the other locations was temporarily closed. Without their help who know what would have happened to my patient. Hey Walgreen's please be thankful for such amazing workers like these 2!!! It is truly times like these when you get the see some REAL humanity in people. Thank you Heather and Pakou from one healthcare employee to another........WE APPRECIATE YOU!!

If I could give 0 starts I would! I called the pharmacy to get an RX refilled. pharmacy rep was very rude kept cutting me off and when I asked her to give me a second to give her the RX information she needed she rudely responded “excuse me” as if asking her to stop being rude and talking over me was an insult. She hung up in my face. I called back so she decided to put me on hold and never return to the phone.

1. Doesn't keep enough meds on hand so you have to go back 2. Doesn't accept used needles diabetic even though they sell the exchange boxes 3. Doesn't test the efficacy of insulin - a very simple test. 4. 8/20/20, Detergent isle was COMPLETELY empty! Sales clerk said it was all stolen. ??? I highly doubt that! Anyway, it's their job to Restock the Shelves Last straw. I'm not going back.

NEVER get prescriptions sent here! This is my third time receiving calls that my son's medication, which has been set up for automatic refill TWICE, was ready for pickup. All three times I've gone to pick it up, I'm told they have no medications ready, "but I can put it through now and be ready in an hour." I will never go to this Walgreens again, having my prescriptions transferred to the one on Brown Deer.

I like shopping at Walgreens because they are close to where I live they have everything most of the times that I am shopping and the employees are kind and friendly and the store is clean and the shelves are always stocked up and I like that and it is a blessing because Walgreen Stores are in all states.
