Danwerke Jewelers and Clockworks

I love everyone there. They remember you and treat you like family. They have the biggest selection and it’s not like any other. The prices are excellent too. I have my watch batteries changed there and they can fix any of my old jewelry. When I brought in an anklet that had broken, they called to tell me there were other weak spots and it would probably break again rather than fixing and taking my money. That’s what I call putting the customer first. I’ve been doing business with them 8 years and I won’t go anywhere else.

I took a clock to Danwerke and asked if they could replace a flimsy mechanism with a better one. They convinced me to keep what I had, and if it breaks in the future, they can replace it then. I’m always impressed by a merchant who convinces me that I don’t need to buy something from him! Also, it’s a very nice shop with beautiful diamond jewelry as well as many different kinds of clocks. I’ll be back.

I had a WONDERFUL experience! I had a platinum band engagement ring with a solitaire and had been looking at many jewelry stores for options to upgrade my setting. I am very sentimental and It wasnt until I came across Patsy, Pat and Robert at Danwerks that I felt someone understood that aspect. They were VERY creative and suggested a custom piece that would allow me to keep my ring! Robert designed a stunning setting to match my wedding band and even matched the tiny millgrain trim! Unbelieveable customer service from the entire staff and I have to mention they were the ONLY store that didnt try to sell me an expensive new setting. They sold me what they felt would make me happy. Danwerks has lots of other wonderful items in their store like beautiful hand carved knives, costume fashion jewelry, great selection of watches, clocks and many other items. I will definitely shop there for wonderful gifts and certainly more things for myself😉

Great service. Innovative unique jewelry designs, and extensive clockworks. The staff of this establishment evoke the spirit of times gone by when a village store represented professional craftsmanship of the highest caliber coupled with warm friendly personal engagement of family with community. My husband and I have purchased numerous pieces of jewelry and a marvelous grandfather clock from these wonderful people, and have always felt like we received great value and service for our acquisitions.
