When my fiance and I were looking for rings we went EVERYWHERE. I am a gal of classic and unique style. I wasn't able to find a ring that fit my personality. After several weeks of searching a friend of my fiance mentioned Roberson's jewelry. As soon as we walked into the store we were greeted by a friendly and helpful staff, which helped us find just the right ring for me that fit my personality perfectly. Now, when I am looking for just the right piece of jewelry I go here. Plus, they have a wish list for me, so if my husband needs to purchase jewelry for me they know what I like and can guide him. He can buy from the wish list or the staff can suggest pieces to him based on my wish list. He can never go wrong in getting my a perfect piece of jewelry with that type of service. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a longtime jeweler.

Poor customer service. Much more expensive than other places They failed to help me twice when I went in looking for an engagement ring. Both times the sales person took my information and said they'd get back to me. They just got back to me after literately 6 months from the second time I went in. Which is better than the first sales person that never got back to me. However, I had already purchased the exact ring I described to them for much less than what they told me I would be able to get it for. They said they would be able to order the band that I wanted but I purchased it for $1,100 and their price was $2,200. The diamond alone would have been an extra $1,000 if I had gotten it from them. I wanted to support a local business but considering the price difference, ordering the ring online was a no-brainer.

I had a problem with an expensive watch band thinking it needed replacing due to a broken clasp. The great folks at Roberson's repaired the clasp when other stores just wanted to replace it. Thanks!

You could not find a more friendly group of people to work with as a Jeweler. The have a great knowledgeable team with a large selection. The most important thing to me is if you buy something will they service it. Friendly, Professional Service with great communication. I would highly recommend them for mens watch purchases and anniversary gifts.
