Darren replaced a worn out front door knob and lock today and rekeyed a back door lock. Communications via text were swift, professional, and courteous. Within 24 hours I had new hardware, professionally installed. Would absolutely work with him again. Number one on my list!

Darren was amazing! I locked myself out of my apartment and normally it's an easy job for me to get back in but it wasn't looking to good an hour and a half into it. I went with my gut and called Darren. Lucky for me he was finishing up another job and would be able to stop by within 20 min. Funny story, right after he left my landlord called and said he would be stopping by within 10 minutes to pick up rent I had already checked to see if he was around but he said he wasn't, I guess he finished his business soon‍ Anyway, super glad Mr. Darren came out. Professional, very reasonable pricing, fast and honest! He is for sure the guy to call! On my way to get those key copies I have been putting off for literally months...

Darren Essen is awesome! I closed one of my bedroom doors to keep my cat who needed meds in a confined space. When I came back with the meds, the door was locked! Somehow I'd accidentally turned the lock knob. Went online and found Darren's name and telephone number, gave him a call and he was here within 20-25 minutes, and had the door unlocked within 5 minutes. He and his son, Phil, were very nice and courteous, and his price was very reasonable. Darren lives in the neighborhood, and I feel that it is VERY important to support the small local businesses. Truly fantastic! Darren swung by within a few hours of me calling and replaced a broken lock in 30 min. He and his son even fixed the door frame issues from the original install that had made closing the original lock such a struggle and led to it breaking. Will absolutely recommend them to friends or call if we're ever facing an issue again.

Our lock broke we had the key just couldn’t get in and Darren came quickly after hours and drilled and replaced the lock. Solid service and a gentleman. Highly recommend!
