Our company has used Zultys phones since 2004 and we've been pleased with the performance. Datatel 360 recently helped us install a new Zultys phone system that we use with a PRI. All of my co-workers like the Zultys Zip33G phones and MXIE app. We've had a few minor glitches which were no fault of Datatel. We have a very specialized setup with our PA system and paging options at our plant. Michael helped us get it configured along with several other features like the mobile MXIE app, voice mail and operator groups, etc. Michael Kirchhoff and Marsie Johnson are great to work with! I highly recommend Datatel 360's products and services to any company needing to upgrade its phone system.

Working with DataTel's team, their responsiveness and help with upgrades, changes, orders and support have been phenomenal. Everyone on the team is quick to help with orders, tracking, support and other questions that we have regarding the Zultys phone system. It has been a big help with handling emergencies though there haven't been many as the phone system is very reliable that the team members are available 24/7.

Our company has one Corporate and 12 branch offices. The MX250 VoIP server we purchased from Datatel360 in 2012 has proven to be an asset to our offices. We have some fairly unique needs and requirements which Michael has continued to help with being a liaison with Zultys to get us answers and support. Even though VoIP is more complex than our old PBX systems, we have had a substantial cost savings allowing us to remove 5-6 AT&T POTS lines per site.

Amazing Customer Service!!! I own a law firm and purchased an system 5 years ago, and have had problems ever since. i would have dropped calls, or the phone would ring busy. It was very unprofessional, and I am sure I lost business from potential clients. I hired DataTel 360. I found them on the internet, hired them on Monday, they installed on Thursday and it was seamless. Any questions we had, Marsie answered them happily and promptly. Datatel 360 provided to us our current Zultys MX250 system. In addition to phone system, we receive fax information right to our desktops. Our MX250 system also has an IM feature, so we don't have to go outside our network for this feature. Michael Kirchhoff is available to us if we need to make changes or enhance our system. He and Marsie Johnson recently helped us change our phone and internet providers allowing our company to save over $1000 per month in expenses!
