I had a wonderful experience here. The manager, Cueto greeted me immediately as I walked through the door, and referred me to the most respectful, helpful and knowledgeable young man. His name was Randy Diaz. Randy helped me find the phone that I wanted quickly and I was sold! Randy is a really nice , down to earth guy and I hope that whoever reads this decides to visit this store and ask for him. Thanks Cueto for hiring employees like Randy. Service like that makes all the difference!

There is no 0 star option else I would have go for it ,I came in today store person is very rude. They are feeling that doing service by selling their phones or plans .I am not stay in metro mobile anymore also I won't even suggest this store to anyone
This location wasn't as "Consumer helpful" as others. I shouldn't have to beg for promotions & deals.
Great customer service, and patient
I walked into the store 2 have my phone repaired and the guy with the tablet took my name and said there were 2 ppl ahead of me. I waited patiently for my turn and i was next. Or so i thought anyway. So then more ppl came in and another and another. Now the guy with the pad is talking to his friend and im sitting there next 2 his friend and yet he allows those other ppl 2 go ahead of me. So some 20 minutes later the counter person asks if there is any1 else waiting and he says no. Im like am i invisible! Or am i just black in an all hispanic store. Then finally after he argues that he didnt see me l get to the counter and the attendant helps me get the replacement for my phone but doesnt know how or doesnt ask how to switch all my info texts contacts so i tell her just give me my phone back. Sorry there are no refunds. There will b today cuz u didnt fix the problem all the way. So now im here typing this review on their phone display cuz the mgr said it takes 30 mns for a refund. Ive beeb here now for an hour and a half. Thus is piss poor service unless u are hispanic. Or at least that has been my experience. And i know porquito espanol so ive been hearing them talking about me during this whole ordeal. Oh and i wanted 2 give no stars but google makes u at least give them 1.
Worse experience ever. I changed my phone plan. My phone was disconnected for a payment that my bank said went through. I brought them a copy of my receipt in my e-mail, my bank statement, and showed them a copy of the text sent to the phone saying that it was supposed to be on. When I asked the manager why she couldn't release my suspension she told me I probably didn't have any money in my account which was totally bogus and she was rude by not letting me get a word in because I asked to speak directly to her pulling her from the back office instead of the customer service person going back and forth. Of course I ended up leaving and she laughed behind my back. I went to another location down the street further down Buford Hwy and they were able to tell me that the change did not go through to downgrade my plan to the $50 rate plan and it showed I still owed $10. That's why my phone was suspended. SMH. This experience was humiliating and I will NEVER step foot in this location again. They were very unprofessional. If I could do zero stars I would.
Walked in & absolutely NO ONE acknowledged me. No one bothered to ask if I had questions which I did. By the way, they were not even busy. All the staff was just talking to each other. Walked right out instead. Never going back!
Since T-Mobile took over Metro PCS I hope they invest in training and management. Soryana the attendant I was assigned to was clueless about how to help us apply for SmartPay again for a new credit line. I kept telling her we already had an account and she persisted on creating a new one. She asked me to fill the request myself, when clearly their computers don't turn around. She was asking for me to come behind the counter and do it. To which I said no and asked what information she needed. I wrote it down for her. That is so dangerous, what if I was a crazy person. Then when the system told her she could not use that email because it was associated with another account she asked if we had a different one because if we didn't she could not move on. At that point I was done with her, she was not listing that we already had an account. I asked her to speak with someone else and her manager, Culeo, looked at the screen and said call Smart Pay and walked away. She left the counter for 30 plus mins and the manager was standing right next to us avaoiding eye contact! She finally came back and said she couldnt help anymore. Her manager didn't even say anything and we walked out. Such a shame! There are a lot of latinos here at this location and I can only imagine how they must treat them.
Service was great and fast.
