I walked into this store and 5 minutes later I left and went to another Verizon location to give them my business. I left because the sales representative at this location was curt, impersonal, and lacked basic customer service skills. I would highly recommend that he get some training to improve his service offer or seek another job where he does not need to interact face to face with customers.

Derrell M was super helpful. I came from Project Fi and had some issues with my 5A coming over. He was super patient and helped as much as he could getting everything brought over.

I have a prepaid service and I wanted to go into purchase a new phone. Now I understand that I must pay full price for the phone. I had not one but two associates tell me the this same thing in a span of 5 minutes as I'm trying to look at the phones. The second one actually told me I should go look online or at Best Buy to find a better price. Wow. Very patronizing experience.

The service provided by Eduardo, store manager at the Buford Highway store, was exceptional! He was patient, knowledgeable, and eager to help solve my issues. He cheerfully and professionally greeted each customer who entered the store and supported his staff like a true leader. Eduardo is a young man with great things ahead for him!

Eduardo was incredibly helpful. He stayed 1.5 hours after the store closed to help me. He solved my problem and didn't stop until he finished doing everything I needed. Great job and thank you!

Both Nova, the store employee, and the store manager were excellent, patient and very knowledgeable / thorough. I would give them a 10/10 rating in all categories. They were also more than willing to help answer any questions I had about Verizon and to help me disconnect from my previous carrier. I would strongly recommend this location as well as these specific staff members. Thanks.

Stephan did a wonderful job in setting up two new lines for my verizon account. He showed me how we could buy 2 new phones but save overall on our monthly bill. He worked very hard to accomplish this and I am most appreciative. Other people in the store were involved in the transaction and they were also very helpful. I highly recommend this store.

Outstanding service in this location. I went yesterday to get a new line and Raul did it fast and easy for me. He also explain the really good benefits of the "go advantage" program. I definitely telling my friends about this place.

Eddie and the whole staff were fantastic. My phone had died and he showed me the best phone for my money and helped me with the accessories. I got there at closing time and he still took the time to make sure I was set up and phone was activated before I left

Visited this location twice. Both times I got excellent service. There is a great, friendly staff at this location and they always do what is needed to make sure that you leave satisfied. I highly recommend this location for further assistance.
