In the day and age of big corporations taking over our local businesses, French Music is the neighborhood music store. Their customer service is second to none. They know there stuff, and truly take pride and care in helping each young musician or professional musician in whatever way they can. Eric French is determined to not sell the brightest and most expensive, but to provide each person with what will fit them best in their music career at this point. Whether it is a student model instrument, the right mouthpiece, or serious repairs, I would recommend French Music to all musicians. As a saxophone player I have found that their repairmen go above and beyond in their service, cleaning each instrument, and providing meticulous repairs. For every serious musician the music shop can be a part of your family, and this is what French provides.

Nice people overall. But I got my sax serviced there and it's come back to me with more issues than when I first dropped it off. Screws coming loose, poor setup where keys are not seated right....
