Tanner Siebert was my sales rep at David Stanley Chevrolet in Oklahoma City off I-240 and S Western. He was the nicest guy and got me a great deal on a new 2018 Chevy Equinox in this cool new color called Sandy Ridge Metallic—looks almost like a light rose gold! So much room in the mid size SUV for my family—and has been excellent gas mileage. It looks and reminds me of the Cadillac SUV!! Everyone at David Stanley treat me like I am the queen there!! I recommend them to everyone!

Honestly I hate buying new cars because of the sales people but I have a different story for these guys. Mark Charrier is one of the best sales people I have dealt with in my many years of buying cars. He is down to earth, not pushy and you really feel like you’re talking to a friend. I went there determined that I was going to buy a used truck and go to Carmax and several other dealerships before I made a decision. But after spending some time with Mark and his Beth, I knew I was at the right place and I knew I was getting a fair deal with my trade-in and the price of our new truck. Since we bought the car two weeks ago, we’ve had questions because we are not technical and couldn’t figure out some of the truck features even after they went over it when we bought it. They have done nothing but been super sweet and patient. And that goes for the whole team. I don’t ever do Google reviews but I felt compelled to put this out there because if you’re looking for a new vehicle you need to go talk to these guys.

!!!!BUYER BEWARE!!!! 1st, a 1star is being EXTREMELY nice. A -5* is what this place deserves. From buying a truck to getting serviced, this is the absolute, most uncoordinated, no customer service, luck of care place I have been to date. It’s mid March. I bought my new truck in September. I am JUST NOW getting my second set of keys. I’ve called once a week EVERY WEEK since September to get this second key. I’ve experienced eternal holds, the phone shuffle, the multi-department shuffle, hang ups, and voicemails. This place has REFUSED to give me my second set of keys. REFUSED! When someone FINALLY looked into my file and realized that my key WAS paid for, they “scheduled” me and appointment to get my new key and key fob programmed. (This is an hour long process). When I get to my “scheduled service appointment time”, the service tech looked at me like I am stupid because NOTHING is scheduled. AGAIN. David Stanley Chevrolet ONLY CARES ABOUT THE SALE!!! They do NOT care about the customer AFTER the sale unless you are BUYING something else. I will NEVER use David Stanley Chevrolet EVER again. NEVER EVER!!! IT IS A KEY!!!! 7 months to get my second set of keys!!! 7 MONTHS PEOPLE!!! Just think what would happen if you ACTUALLY needed something important!!!

Mauricio Ramos is the best salesman I have ever been in contact with. He is the true plug in the car industry. Very reasonable and great conversationist made my decision that much easier. If you buy from here make sure to buy from Mr. Ramos.

I had an unfortunate experience with the service dept and the loaner program but I was reached out to by their “Service Professional” David Malone who took care of everything and fixed every single issue I had. If all customer service professionals approached things the way he did, the world would be a much happier place. David saved my experience here.
