Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent a car from this location almost monthly. The staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. My cars are always immaculate and ready to go at the requested time. They truly go out of their way to make sure my needs are met and I'm happy. I am more than happy--every time!!!!

Diego was AMAZING!!! He went out his way to be sure that my rental car experience was flawless. Every time I had an issue or question, he knew what to do, and took care of things immediately. DO NOT LET HIM GET AWAY! HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY!!! Deborah Williamson

After paying upfront just over $900 for two vans (including deposit and insurance) for 3 days, we had to deal with very unhelpful staff. This last week, 11/7/17 saw they charged our card $423, just out of the blue. Have emailed customer service and will contact the bank in the morning. I advise anyone to not bother getting tangled up here.

I've only rented cars on 3 occasions. 2 with Enterprise and one through Fox. Hands down Enterprise takes the gold medal! The location is cozily nestled off the highway. Staff was friendly and eager to provide points of interest. The car was clean and well taken care of. Service dropping off and picking up my rental was relatively easy and quick. I used the pick up feature and saved at least $100 by choosing a non airport location. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
