We used Bonita Travel for shuttle service from our home to Charlotte International Airport. And they picked us up when we returned to Charlotte. Excellent service. Bonita Travels has been our travel agent for two cruises and my wife and I couldn't be more happy with Bonita's service.  We were very concerned regarding our 15 day cruise to the British Isles considering the flight cancellations and baggage problems in the headlines.  Bonita and the cruise company, Viking, were with us every step of the way.  We will use her again with our next vacation.

They have helped us with one trip and are in the process of booking another. The first was to Western Europe on a multi country tour. It was a phenomenal trip and I am so glad they recommended the tour company.  They handled everything for us and made it so easy. Right now, they are helping us plan a family cruise for a few months from now. So far, they have been extremely helpful.
