Trent and his staff made our cruise a wonderful experience. They treated us like family and saved us money. They even gave us onboard credit and wine!!!

Wonderful experience with Trent. He went through hours of research finding the best trip and value for my budget and we had a great time. Everything he said would happen, happened without any issues and as we expected! Super professional and he takes the time to get to know his customer's needs and customizes the best options tailored to you! Will definitely use again!

We could not have picked a worse time of year to visit Disneyworld. We arrived on March 25th to such huge crowds (spring break) if you fainted, you literally would not fall down because the people would hold you up! By 10 a.m. all of the Fast Passes were gone! We waited 45 minutes in line just to be told the passes were gone.
On the first day we visited Epcot and none of the attractions we wanted to see, we could not even get close to less than a two hour wait. We went to other attractions that to us, at best, were third rate. We saw three things that day, after passing super expensive souvenir stands and way-to-priced high food.
The second day we went to the Animal Kingdom which was just as bad. Got on the train into the end of the park and waited two hours for the broken down train to pick us up. We again, saw only three things, none of which were great.
The Disney hotel was supposed to be handicapped equipped, which it was, but problem was, I could not fit my wheelchair into the bathroom and close the door.
We never saw a smiling face throughout Disneyworld, only very frazzled parents. We will NEVER, EVER again waste $100 per day per person to NOT see ANYTHING we wanted.
As far as Mullis Travel, we feel they should have been aware, that this particular time of year was spring break for every elementary school in the world! Their planning went okay, but their thinking left much to be desired.
We ended up NOT purchasing $30 T-shirts for our grandsons in Disneyworld. Instead, once outside of Disneyworld, we purchased much better quality shirts at WalMart for $8.97 each on the suggestion of a waitress at IHOP.
Do NOT waste your time going to Disneyworld; they do not care how many people they crowd into the parks; all they care about is how much $$ they make. This trip was a NIGHTMARE..
