i have been a long time 7 years since i received my DY engagement ring customer of the Madison Ave DY store. I always receive generous time with the associates who don't push their product but make sure I will love it for a long time and get a lot of use out of the items I buy either for myself or gifts. I read other comments and to have a jewelry designer who will replace or repair their products without question and for free is a big plus…….a Fifth Ave store with the initial B charged me quite a bit to repair a small bracelet plus tax! And it wasn't my fault….I just wore it. DY forever!
I bought one bracelet on 11/04/2018. I return it around November 10. Since then I did not receive my refund. I communicate with store, they are really kind and they apologize for delay but I still waiting for my refund. It is more than three month I didn’t get my money!! There should be lack of management and coordination in David Yurman !!! #STORE24 I saw some reviews on David Yurman 712 Madison Ave New York, New York that the stones are falling apart. I’m worried now about my wife’s gift that it might lose stone too!!!
We bought a $20,000 diamond engagement/wedding ring in May 2014. By August 2014, a stone fell out. DY staff were very courteous and had the stone replaced - however it took much longer 6 weeks longer than they told us it would take and they failed to call and let us know. We had to follow up weekly. Then in November 2014, the same stone fell out. DY staff said that the ring would be replaced - not repaired - and that it would take 2 weeks for the ring to come in. Again, it has taken much longer than two weeks and I've yet to receive a phone call.
Went to get jewelry purchased at Bloomies for cleaning. Staff warm and welcoming while waiting for my items. Stones glimmering sterling like brand new upon return. Can't wait to check out the townhouse once again during the holiday season!
I bought a roughly $700 bracelet, and after about 3 weeks a stone fell off. I took it to the store, and they said they would replace it. No questions asked. The problem is, many people have since told me the jewlery breaks. At $700, a stone should not fall off a bracelet in less than a month. Also, it has been 3 weeks, and I have yet to receive an e-mail or a phone call stating my bracelet has been fixed. Although happy with customer serivce, I probably will not be buying anymore jewlery from this store. I'll be sticking to Tiffany's, where pieces I have bought 10 years ago still look brand new.
Five stars isn’t enough to describe Mike Fowler’s stellar service!! Went wedding band shopping only to find I really wasn’t happy with the few I had originally researched. Mike suggested a different ring and immediately I knew it was the one for me, only to find that the only one left in the world that was near my size was in Paris, France. Mike hunted the ring down, had it shipped to the Townhouse store in NYC, and then went above and beyond to have it sized just the way I needed it to be, and delivered seamlessly. Can’t thank you enough Mike for ALL of your efforts to obtain this piece and make it as special for me as the day will be! My fiancée and I are beyond pleased. Ask for Mike, you won’t have to look any further - you will be a lifelong customer.

Bought wedding rings here, staff was very pleasant. Offered champagne and had merchandise sent from Dallas store for my review next day.
Jeremy in 63rd & Madison is amazing!!! He took all the time to matches the pieces my husband loves. And he does the same for me. Their pieces are sturdy and love the look and quality
I bought a men's turquoise beaded necklace a few years ago and one of the beads cracked & fell off almost immediately. It's lost a couple more since then, so I don't wear it very often.
