Wow, an insurance agency that contacts you when your policy/policies are almost up for renewal... never had that before! They make you feel like you're the only customer they have. When they say they're going to do something, they do it, or put it on the calendar to take care of it at the appropriate time. The owner and her employees have high standards, and are hard working, nice people.
