My husband and I recently and suddenly moved to Boise. Many changes were taking place in our family in regards to moving and me being 8 months pregnant. Because the birth of our child was coming up soon, we needed insurance ASAP. Not being familiar with Boise at all, I called Idaho Insurance Agency on a whim and I am so THANKFUL that I did. The first time I called, I spoke with Heather and she has been extremely helpful ever since. She was very attentive to our unique situation and was very quick to help me. She has been very responsive via email and phone. I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with Idaho insurance!

Our second year with Idaho Insurance Agency, LLC and we are very happy with our choice. Heather is very knowledgeable and quick! She spends the time with us that we need, even when there are deadlines for everyone! She catches small things and keeps us on track! As a small business owner, and as the mom of a large family, I really appreciate all they have done for us to keep us well covered for the least amount of money!

They will sign you up for coverage you only want a quote. Before long your insurance gets cancelled and you have already paid it in full. Don't make the same mistake I did get everything in writing! Will not be going back to them.
