I just called for some quotes. Vehicle and business insurance and was transferred to someone that did not even introduce herself and she wants only personal and private information from me, to be precise, my SSN. Try an introduction first and an explaination of what you need and why and then maybe you can get private information from me. Don't take someones personnal business for granted! I found this unprofessional and will not be calling them back.

Insurance Services of Idaho is incredible. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable and dedicated. They always go the extra mile to make sure their clients' needs are met, whether it be working late or doing extra leg-work they never fail to come through! If I could put 10 stars I would!

Lynda helped me navigate the Your Health Idaho application process and successfully. Basically, she walked me through it--explaining every step along the way. Exemplary service and expertise! I certainly will be back with my future insurance needs after this very positive experience.
