Deer Park City Swimming Pool

Large pool that averages 3ft 6in - 4foot across the entire length except a small section that’s 5foot, great for the family and to just enjoy being in the water, if your a lap swimmer there is a one lane roped off section for that as well, the facility is clean and maintained with covered areas, picnic tables, and loungers in the grass, there is also a concession stand that’s sells ice cream and few small items but I did see others bring in coolers so call to confirm about bringing in outside food, etc , I counted about 10 life guards on duty and even saw a very young girl that couldn’t swim and the life guard was on it so fast he jumped in and pulled her from under the water so let me tell you these guards are on watch here they are serious about safety, over all we will continue to use this facility

My kids love it...the kiddie pool is awesome!! We live in deer park so this is our place to go and cool off. Love the fact that you can bring your own cooler.

This community pool and play area is amazing. We come here for my daughter's theater camp each year and it has been impressive each time. The fee is $2 for residents and $3 for non-residents, which is totally worth it! They also have a great little concession stand that sells small snacks at very reasonable prices. For example, you can choose from several different (prepackaged) ice cream options for $1.50 each, snowcones for $1 each, nachos for $3, water for $1, etc. The lifeguards are fantastic. There are usually at least six around (that I noticed) at all times. And they are very active, as well, not just hanging out like tgere is nothing to do like I have seen at some other pools. There is a kiddie pool, a main pool, and even large slides into the deep in. There is a picnic area with a large grass area and tables. There is a playground right outside as well as a splash pad (if a pool isn't really your style but still want water play) that are both lots of fun ans most importantly - well kept and clean! :) Overall, my daughter and I enjoy visiting each time and would come back on our own if we lived closer.
