Murphy Park Pool

This pool is great for all ages. There is a little splash pad, waterfall mushroom, and spitting frog for younger kids to play. There are two pools and both are great for different ages. Generally during the week it isn't overly crowded.

Went on a weekday early Aug, and had just right amount of people/kiddos. There were maybe 8 other kids and handful of adults. Lots of room to swim around, and new little friends for my kids to play with. My kids are 4 and 5 years old so we stayed in the lower pool area that has the fountains, beach entry into the pool, huge mushroom fountain thing and a covered area with picnic tables and lounge chairs. I paid only $7 bucks for 1 adult and my 2 kids for the whole day. Which is a really good deal for a days worth of entertainment for 3 people!!! I wish I had known that they allow you to bring in coolers with food and drinks as most places don't allow you to bring in and eat inside the premises, unless they have a snack bar thing that the prices are outrageous. So now knowing about bring own coolers in, and how cheap it was for us 3 for the day, you can't find a better price and entertainment for a family staycation/ daycation, anywhere! I wish I had found out about this place back in May when the season opened, because we would have gone at least once a week this summer.

Excellent location for pool side parties with a pool for the youngsters and another for the serious swimmers.
