DeLaura Middle School

If it were possible to give this school no stars I would. Not only was my little brother bullied by his peers since he got there, which hasn’t been long, he’s been being harassed by a young lady and he’s repeatedly told her to leave him alone, which simply prompted more harassment for turning her away. The staff has been made aware of this situations SEVERAL TIMES and NOTHING has been done to protect him. I am EXTREMELY disappointed in EVERY SINGLE PERSON at this school. Anyone that stood watch and did not do anything is also part of the problem. A huge shame on this school. The lack of empathy is astounding. Please, learn from this mistake and do better and teach better.

Delaura is a meme, honestly. Kids vape and juul in the bathrooms (sometimes even six(u get what I mean)) and there were thots galore and the food sucked and Mr hall always had Taco Bell and good but never let us eat and the teachers never let us use phones, but I had a good time, especially with gradventure. Just don’t send ur kids here they could become weed addicts or somethin

DeLaura is a great school, the teachers and officers are so nice and the principal is really supportive to the students. He makes sure everybody is doing great and tells us to do our homework often. I think that the music classes are fantastic because it gives us an opportunity to learn a new instrument or do better at the ones we already know. For all the parents who are currently looking for a good middle school for your child, please think about signing them up for DeLaura Middle School because I am a student there and take it from me, it is a fantastic Middle School with many opportunities for a successful future. And to anyone who goes to Delaura and is currently disagreeing with me right now, maybe you should try to look at the bright side of this school like the humor some of the teachers has or maybe your friend's support or even some of your fun electives. {Duhh..}

This IS HORRIBLE the bathrooms are a mess and everyone bullies each other including the ones with disability i am a 7 grader who is luckily social so i don't get herased but it hearts me to see it happen and people are selling and using vapes in the bathrooms and the dean has a drawer filled with pods vapes and Jules its horrible

DeLaura Middle School is a HORRIBLE school. My brother a 7th grader at DeLaura has been horrifically bullied from the day he stepped foot in this school in January. My brother has autism and has issues with social skills so he mostly just keeps to himself. He is being targeted because he is considered weird for doing so. Not only is he being bullied because he doesn’t socialize well he is also being SEXUALLY HARASSED by another 7th grade girl. The dean has been notified of the issue multiple time and has done nothing. The girl is filthy and is constantly saying sexual things to him trying to force him into things he has NO INTEREST IN DOING. He has told her to stay away from him and he was just bullied more for turning down the girls offers. The staff seems to not care about children who need a little extra help time to time and something needs to be done about this.
