I started working out with Dell a month ago and it's been a fantastic experience. I have never worked with a trainer before, but finally decided to give it a try. Dell adds a tremendous amount of value -- he customizes the experience to his clients needs and provides encouragement throughout the session. Best of all, there is a tremendous amount of variety in the exercises--it's not the same thing every session. I highly recommend him!
I started training with Dell about a month ago based on Yelp Reviews and I have not been disappointed. This isn't my first personal trainer and I have only had two good trainers and Dell is one of them. He is attention-detailed and passionate. The workouts are challenging but he's encouraging. I like the atmosphere at his space. People are friendly and focus on working out. I have already seen results and my colleagues have noticed too. I highly recommend Dell.
I can't rave enough about Dell -- he is JUST that fantastic! I wasn't sure what personal training could do for me -- but his training approach quickly gave me a whole new perspective on where I could take my fitness level. I saw results quick and was motivated to keep wanting to step up the game. The workouts were tough -- but I felt so great after. I quickly noticed how training with Dell improved my trail running -- my times improved and hill work came much easier! He has a great, positive attitude and is really patient. He carefully customized my training to meet me where I was at. I was pretty new to weight training and he took the time to demonstrate the exercises until I got it. You will be pushed and have the results to prove it! I recommend Dell to anyone looking to step up their game. I've got some long-term fitness goals -- and I am sticking with him!
I have been working with Dell for a year and a half. He is the best trainer I have worked with. He really listens to my concerns and focuses on my individual needs. I have lost weight and gained muscle. I definitely feel stronger. I definitely recommend him to anyone who wants to look and feel better.
Lots of people workout to lose weight, I had a different problem, I couldn't gain weight. I met Dell about ten years ago when I first started working out. He helped me gain about 25-30lbs. of muscle mass in about 4 or 5 months. I stopped working out after a while and as time went by my body changed back to how it was before I started. I tried going to other gyms to workout by myself and didn't see any results, I quickly lost motivation, and ended up quitting. Finally I decided to find Dell and thanks to google I found him. Dell is great at teaching while training. He taught me that my body type is ectomorph and he helped me design a meal plan and custom workouts to help me meet my goals. Not only does Dell help with the meal plans but Dell gives excellent advice on nutrition, vitamins, and supplements. I used to eat anything I wanted but now Dell has inspired me to eat fresh and healthy daily. Dell understands how to help reach your goals and works with you to achieve it. There is never a boring session with him, the workouts are always changing and I don't know how he remembers them all but he keeps introducing new exercises. Dell also teaches proper form to do the exercises to help prevent injury and for better results. While working out he is also lots of fun to talk to which makes training more easier until we get close to the end of the session and I start to realize that his workout just kicked my butt. Dell is extremely motivating and very professional, I can always contact him through email or text for advice, scheduling changes, just about anything. If you are serious about getting results you would be proud of you won't go wrong with Dell.
I've had the pleasure of training with Dell since the summer of 2012. I get bored easily and he has made sure to keep our training varied, new and challenging as I continue to increase my strength and endurance while getting leaner with his guidance. I've also had the opportunity to watch him with clients of all ages, genders and sizes throughout the past 9 months. He listens, retains and provides the unique incentives and programs that his clients' need to progress.
I originally found Dell through LivingSocial and within the first month I saw results. I have continued to train with him and it is totally worth it. He is amazing! He really knows his stuff. I would recommend him to anyone! Dell can help people of all ages and body types. Not to mention, he will work with your schedule. Dell is great! :
