BBQ a la fast!!! Its fast paced...but nothing is left to chance...all food is deliciously prepared...sliced brisket sandwich was FULLY loadedi couldn't finish it... Place is awesome and can accommodate large crowds...even has outside eating are facing expressway!! All these wonderful dishes you see for just shy of 20 smacks......so its not for everyday eating... I highly recommend when in this area and wanting to tey a fast..high quality BBQ meal...inside..or outside!! Mike
Got the pulled pork sandwich. Really good and tender. BBQ sauce was perfect too. Went with mac-n-cheese. Really good.
The meat has no Barbecue taste or char. Brisket was tasteless, dry, not tender. Sausage was cheap. Rice was mushy. Onions rings were chewy not crispy with heavy batter. Alot of people like junk food maybe that accounts for the good reviews!
Came in right before closing and had great service. Ordered the 2 meat special with Brisket and chicken wings. Very good quality and loved the sauce!Food: 4/5
The food was excellent and better than ever! Ordered a 2 meat plate of fall of the bone ribs, brisket, green beans and potato salad Servings were generous & large iced tea. The cost was even better $17+
Great brisket, fast service. They offer plenty of fixings and good bar-b-q place fries.
The stuffed baked potato with brisket is very good & more than enough for one person. I’ve done drive thru a couple times and it is quick and fresh. I probably wouldn’t get the Mac n cheese again since there wasn’t anything special about it but it is pretty creamy. Overall great experience I love coming here as a treat.
The food was fantastic. The service was polite and fast just no wait staff... you wait in line... but no tips either It was clean and well kept and had knick knacks on the wall and felt lived in and comfortable. They had an all you can eat ribs for 8 bucks extra but my friend don't finish the first serving which was generous.
My husband and I prefer the original location off of Shepard, but this location has the same great food that we love. The chopped brisket sandwich is always a crowd pleaser, as is the sliced brisket and ribs. I love their French fries, think of shoe string fries, yum. The location does have a bar, so you can kick back, watch sports and eat some great BBQ. They also have options such as burgers, steak, big baked potatoes for those who aren't feeling up to BBQ.
I've had this BBQ at a banquet for the past couple of years and I can honestly say the only thing good about it are the sides. The brisket is hands down top 3 worst I've ever had in my life. It has ZERO flavor to it and the watery "sauce" they dump onto it to try and upgrade the lack of flavor/taste barely makes it better than eating cardboard. The bread was also flavorless and stale and the pickles tasted like they just went to the store and bought a drum of Vlasic pickles and dumped them into a metal container. Out of curiosity I went online to read reviews about this place and the one thing I noticed was consistency - as in consistently bad. If I owned a restaurant and kept getting poor reviews on specific items, I'd take that as a sign that I need to make a change. However, I'm sure that this will just be another review that they don't listen to and they'll continue with business as usual by serving flavorless and tasteless BBQ. The only redeeming quality about this place were the sides - which I'm almost certain were store bought just like the pickles. Bottom line: don't waste your time or money here.
