Had dinner last night and it left a lot to be desired. Waitress was not writing down my order so at the end I asked her if she was going to remember it all. She assured me she would, then proceeded to come back twice to ask me questions, and got my salad order wrong. Food was a long time coming to my table, and cold, which tells me it sat quite a while. Waitress did not come back and check on me and I needed something I forgot so the hostess had to get it for me. Hamburger came already assembled instead of having the veggies (lettuce tomatoes pickles onions) on side which resulted in soggy bun. Don't think I'm coming back.

If I could rate this restaurant a 0 stars I would. The waitress was not very good at her job. The place was dirty. Me and 3 others went there to get dinner. We all got pretty basic meals, and it took them more than an hour to make our meal, and the establishment was not full, it was about a third of what it could be, and we received no apologies for the wait at all. The food was over cooked, and it all tasted bad. Our waitress made it pretty clear that she did not care about anything as she didn’t care about how long our food took and kept forgetting simple tasks like asking for ranch. We finished our meals fast, as most of it was unappetizing. We waited another 10 min for us to get our tickets so that we could leave, as she was not able to accomplish basic tasks, as mentioned before. When going to leave and pay for our meals, the person checking us out was very rude and when leaving she said have a nice night, but it was obvious that it wasn’t meant at all. None of the people working there seemed to care about anything, as if it didn’t matter if you half assed your job or not, you wouldn’t be fired. I would NOT recommend to anyone ever.

This evening, my husband and I had dinner here. We had been traveling all day and just wanted to eat and get back on the road quickly. We were seated fast by the hostess and provided menus. For 15 minutes, no one ever came back. Two tables were seated around us and served beverages during this time. No, we didn't leave. We were hungry. The important thing to note that, to the right of us were two managers, an older "gentleman" and a younger woman. The male manager was clearly upset with the other manager and her inability to keep up with his expectations on what things should look like when he comes in AND how to handle her employees. He was totally inappropriate with the way he spoke to her and the fact that we could hear all of this. There is a better way to handle disagreements and concerns and in front of your customers, is not one of them. Meanwhile, as he complains about all these things, there's customers NOT being waited on. Waitresses passing by making eye contact and moving on. Clearing tables right next to us and moving on. Management needs addressed here. Not good examples for their employees. We did end up just getting up and moving to the breakfast counter and ordering there. Waitress heard our story. We ordered our food and moved on. I just couldn't let it go without doing a review. I'm sorry. Two stars. One for food and one for the waitress that made it better.

We had reservations at 6:15pm.Got there waitress did our drink order and went too get them. Came back drop them off at the next table and left. It was 5 min.before she came back. We got our own drinks from the next table. She took our order and it was over an hour before we got our meal. It wasn't that busy. Our waitress was not friendly at all. We had pan cake that weren't done. Food was cold. Then it take 10min to get check out. I have never been to a place that was this terrible.

Placed our order and waited for a hour to receive it and never did get it!! Got up and left!! Dont waste your day away eating here!! Very terrible service and a rude Hostess
