Denny's

We went there at about 10pm, when you walk in the manager gives you a nasty face, unhappy to see you. Service was Horrible! The was only one server working and the manager was helping and they where like 20 minutes behind. Then the manager and the server started arguing very loud about who gets the tip for one of the tables. We where leaving and I did not leave a tip and he was so mad, didn't say sorry or thank you. Didn't even look into my face. This experience is not our first in this getto place so we won't go there anymore and recommend everyone not to go here too! It's probably the night shift that is absolutely HORRIBLE! Don't mind if this place shuts down!

I’ve been there several times but our experience tonight was awful. We were seated around 10:30 and sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to get out drinks (the one who did wasn’t even our waitress). 15 minutes after our drink orders are in (water and ginger ale), we still have no drinks with no explanation as to why. Our waitress finally comes over to greet us and take our drink order, and when I tell her its already been taken and we haven’t gotten them, she snaps at me. All we ordered were ice cream sundaes and those took 20 minutes to come out, and they weren’t done right (they were missing nuts). Like I said, I’ve been here a bunch and never had any problems so this was really disappointing.

Food was good waitress was great but Jim the manager I believe was a complete ass. He didn't say hello been we came in he didn't ask for our names just expected us to know that's what he wanted he didn't tell us how long of a wait. He scolded an employee about absolutely nothing in front of customers. If I was the owner I would consider restaffing your manager.

Ordered 3 meals online. We ordered two drinks and sprite and diet coke. I sent my best friend there to pick it up and told her to make sure they gave her the drinks because last time they forgot the. Told her that it was a sprite for my sick child and a diet coke fore me. When she went and picked it up they gave her two cokes. She told them that was wrong and they told her that they already poured it and it wasn't what the ticket said. Then when i called them they told me to come backm and they would switch them.. I'm just wondering why they wouldn't have just switched them out when we were already there. Why couldn't they just have good customer service in the first place and switched them out for us. Instead they have lost my business.
