Phillips Diner is probably my favorite downtown restaurant in Sioux Falls! They have great service, delicious food and a very comfy/welcoming environment! Also if you like Heath candy bars, you should definitely check out their Heath Bar Shake!!! It's absolutely delectable! Don't forget to check them out if you haven't already!!!

Philips Avenue Diner! Is life changing good! I had breakfast and it was so delecious and I requested for a side of salsa and it was freshly made! I was greeted immediately upon entering and the staff was very nice. I ordered and the food was delivered hot and ready! If ever in Sioux Falls do your taste buds and stomach a favor and feed your soul. Thanks for the great Customer Service!

Very cozy little diner right in the heart of DTSF. Milkshakes and smoothies are a must here. The rest of the menu is great and service is always polite and professional. Really liked that they allow dogs on the patio seating. It's nice a nice spot to grab lunch for those days spent window shopping along Philips Ave.

Great diner food! I had by choice an odd combo of a hot turkey sandwich & a cup of beer cheese soup. The sandwich was good but the mashed potatoes were mushy. The soup was wonderful. Their cup is a bowl! Very nice waitress. Nice & friendly atmosphere. Will def return.

Very unique dining experience. Felt like I was eating in a 50s style Diner. What men you had some very unique choices on it for instance I have the Creole biscuits and gravy with sausage and it was excellent. They had some healthy salads in addition to serving breakfast throughout the day
