Granite City has the best food and customer service. Last night I ate at Granite City and I forgot to tell the waiter that I didn't want onions on my flat bread pizza and within minutes they had another come out and they didn't even charge me. Also my waiter was great about keeping my drink filled. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent food, good prices, great service! Been to this particular location many times and have always had a great experience. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants in town.

On 5/16/18 we arrived there in Sioux Falls SD. Great food but we had a problem getting it! Manager was making excuses for the delay and even making snide comments about the delay. We got a reduction on the ticket but we would rather have a better experience. Manager needs firing!

Always good food. We've had good/great service more often than not but now and again a less than energetic person sneaks in there.
